Mr. Bollinger is responsible for the overall management of the corporation and all corporate contracts/accounts. He works very closely with the client as a project leader, architect and developer engaged in full life cycle design, from project conception, requirements gathering, system architecture and design, development, testing and deployment.

 

Mr. Bollinger manages the BCIhosting (Web Hosting) division, the E-commerce site and web server. Additionally, he is responsible for the designed and maintenance of the corporate network and Internet connection.

¨       Migrated scripts/SQL from MBNA’s Oracle platform to BAC’s ETL DB2/AIX platform using Korn shell with embedded SQL.

¨       Provide development support for their VB client product Certamatic®.

¨       The Certamatic® re-certification system automates infusion pump testing. It provides pass/fail results for accuracy, occlusion and electrical safety in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

¨       The product is primarily VB 6.0 with a secured Access database. XML is used transfer some report via FTP. Some DLLs are written in C.

¨       Analysis business requirements for technical implementation.

First Health – Real-time Claim Load Process    (18 months contract)

Technical Consultant/Senior Software Engineer – 06/2003 – 01/2005

¨       Analyzed and developed a C/Unix replacement the Workflow claim load/translation process with embedded SQL using Oracle 9i, which streamlined and reduced the processing time from minutes to sub-seconds. Used Excel with VBA for the data mapping and to generate C header files containing the Data Map. The Data Map was the driving information to convert the real-time claim data from different data format to one EDI data format.

¨       Developed enhancement to the Workflow Visual Basic client.

¨       Developed VB application to report the current version of installed applications and components across fifty servers with four different environments. Produces DHTML report using JavaScript.

¨       Project Management support for scheduling, analysis and issues tracking.
